IgbereTV reports that Emmanuel Kanu, younger brother to Nnamdi Kanu has said that his father, His Royal Highness King Isreal Okwu Kanu who was rumoured to had passed away was alive.
Recall that recently there were rumours that Eze Israel Kanu, the father of the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu had died after the recent death of his wife, Mrs. Sally Okwu Kanu.
Emmanuel Kanu said, “For avoidance of doubt, anyone who wishes to have an audience with the king can visit the Palace”.
Nnamdi Kanu while reacting to the development, said that the fake news about his father’s death was aimed at distracting and sabotaging the Biafran restoration. Kanu said that the rumors will not deter the fight for Biafra.
Recall that Nnamdi Kanu’s mother died on 30th August in Germany after a protracted illness. Nnamdi Kanu accused the federal government for being responsible for her demise.
