This is the ongoing construction of the administrative building of the first University of Education in the South East geo-political zone, the Enugu State University of Education, in Awgu Local Government Area.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi recently performed the ground-breaking of the University, which would be a degree-awarding institution in the area of education and serve as a training ground for teachers of primary, secondary and tertiary education.
The E-type model one-storey building, which has a total length of 108m and total width of 45.7m, when completed, will accommodate the Vice Chancellor’s office, the Registrar’s office, the Council Chamber, office of the Pro-Chancellor and other offices that will ensure the commencement of smooth administration.
