IgbereTV captured the state-of-the-art Opi-Nsukka Dual Carriageway, in the University town of Nsukka, Enugu State, standing the test of time over three years it was constructed by Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s administration.
This is one out of many achievements recorded by the Ugwuanyi administration in the state of Enugu.
