Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, on Friday, had breakfast with a schoolboy who impressed him during the 2019 Independence Day celebration.
David Uchechukwu got the governor’s attention after a video of him making a remarkable presentation during the celebration at Ikeduru Local Government Area was made public.
He was invited over to the government’s house where he had breakfast with Mr Ihedioha.
The governor announced that he was adopting Wisdom as his son and promised to oversee his education.
Wisdom, a native of Ikeduru, was accompanied by the Ikeduru Interim Management Committee Chairman, A.C. Opara; his parents, teacher, and the man who released the video, Akujor Micheal, new media aide to the LGA chairman.
