Jonathan Stays Silent After Meeting Buhari At Aso Rock

Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has declined comments on the outcome of his meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The duo met for about 15 minutes on Thursday.

Mr Jonathan, who was escorted to his car by the state chief of protocal, Lawal Kazaure, only acknowledged greetings from state house correspondents and other staff.

Jonathan’s visit to Aso Rock was his first since President Buhari was inaugurated for a second term in office.

Buhari had earlier on Thursday met with members of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
