The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) in Lagos has arrested a ‘fake’ pastor suspected to be involved in fraudulent activities.
The RRS, in a tweet on Wednesday, alleged that David Diri targets unsuspecting females and scams them of “huge amounts of money.”
It alleged that Mr Diri tells his victims that God sent him to them.
“Fake Pastor: David Diri is a suspected serial scammer who parades himself as a pastor to dupe unsuspecting females of huge amounts of money.
He walks up to them and says: “My sister, the Lord sent me to you”. Na wash!” RRC said in the tweet.
