President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, received the Acting Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folasade Yemi-Esan, at the presidential villa, Abuja, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV had previously reported that President Buhari on Wednesday, approved the appointment of Dr Yemi-Esan as Acting Head of the Civil Service.
In a statement obtained by Igbere TV, the embattled Head, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, was asked to proceed on indefinite leave to allow conclusion of her ongoing trial by the EFCC.
Until her appointment, Dr (Mrs) Folasade Yemi-Esan was the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Abuja.
