Tears of Joy as Emeka Ikwechegh Donates New House To Blind Woman (Photos)

Abia born philanthropist and business mogul, Emeka Ikwechegh has donated a bungalow to a blind indigene of Igbere Community, Abia State, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV reports that Ikwechegh made the donation on Monday, September 2, 2019 at Agbowere, Ibina-Ukwu Igbere, in Abia North senatorial district.

The beneficiary is identified as Mrs Echerelam Arisa of Ibina-Ukwu, Igbere, Bende Local Government Area of the state.

Speaking through HRH Eze Joseph Anyanta of Ibina-Ukwu Autonomous Community, during the presentation of keys to the house, Ikwechegh reiterated his commitment to alleviating the suffering of the less-privileged in the society by improving their health and physical wellbeing.

He appreciated God for giving him the opportunity to affect lives positively, and urged Nigerians to always give helping hands to people, especially the aged and to also show love and concern to their neighbours.

Reacting to the gift, the recipient, a jubilant Mrs Echerelam Arisa, expressed gratitude to God for using Emeka Ikwechegh to solve her accommodation problem.

She thanked the Igbere born philanthropist for the kindness and prayed God to always protect him and his business, including his family.

Igbere TV recalls that Ikwechegh had recently launched a monthly salary scheme for all widows in Igbere, Bende Local Government Area of Abia State.

Just last month, Emeka Ikwechegh awarded full scholarship to over 180 indigent pupils and students of selected primary and secondary schools in Igbere Community.

This is even as monarchs in the Community recently donated a parcel of land for the construction of an ultramodern hospital earlier promised them.
