A'Ibom APC Guber Candidate, Nsima Ekere In Fresh Trouble Over Leaked Tape With Hoodlums (WATCH)

The Governorship candidate of All Progressive Congress, APC, Nsima Ekere has landed in fresh trouble after a tape where he is contracting thugs leaked online.

In the tape obtained by Igbere TV, Nsima Ekere can be heard negotiating with Militants over today’s elections.

The Militant identified himself as General Ben. He promised to provide 200 boys.

Some of the requirements made by Militants include,

12 Hilux vans required. Four men to be in each of the Hilux.
Nsima Ekere agreed to provide 20 Hilux and 100 boys
.
To disrupt votes in areas where APC is not strong.

GPMG Guns and AK47 to be used.

They are to wear Army Uniform.

That Police and DSS are to identity the boys.

Ekere asked; “Are you coming to do contract or to invest?”

The Militant leader responded that they will prefer to invest so that if he (Ekere) wins, they will run the govt together.

N50m was requested while Ekere negotiated for N20m and later agreed to make it N25m.

N15m was paid as advance while balance is to be paid after.

NSIMA EKERE: Which local governments did he give to you?
Second militant mentions the local government areas to the first militant in whispers who then mentions them out loud to Nsima

MILITANT 1: Mkpat enin, Uyo, Ibiono, Nsit Ubium, Uruan…
Another voice: Uruan, Oruk Anam, Ukanafun and part of Onna, nam mmo edo clogged down.

NSIMA EKERE: You see ehn, my attitude is different. I don’t want you to spread things. If you cover area wey dey too large then you won’t be effective.

MILITANT 1: Mistake fit dey too. Na im be wetin I bin dey suggest to dem.

NSIMA EKERE: So it’s better you concentrate on ehn, smaller…
MILITANT 1: Unit dem

NSIMA EKERE: And know that these are the areas you’re working on than to attempt to cover the whole place and then mistake go dey.

MILITANT 1: Yeah

NSIMA EKERE: So go…, we’ll make a security plan

MILITANT 1: Okay

NSIMA EKERE: With ehm… I’m waiting for my head of security. DIG Ekpoudom and Uyo.

MILITANT 1: Okay

NSIMA EKERE: So that we sit down, we agree where and where you’ll cover
MILITANT 1: Okay

NSIMA EKERE: But how many people are you thinking of mobilizing?

MILITANT 1: Mmm, with wetin dem bin dey talk yesterday eh, we told them, this walking stick like 200 dey ground wey we fit… then..,

NSIMA EKERE: ‘dey dis state already or you…

MILITANT 1: E dey, e dey for dat Ukanafun side, some dey for dis Oron side, Oron.

NSIMA EKERE: Hmmm
MILITANT 1: So I say if we can get… dey say dey need like 1000 people, I say no be 1000 be the tin oh. Okay, dem say dem need crowd so that like say na community people dey defend vote in case we want do election. But I say, in case we no want do election say na to destroy… disrupt the matter

NSIMA EKERE: Hmmm…
MILITANT 1: But you see…
NSIMA EKERE: You can’t destroy everywhere. We can only disrupt in an area where we know that we don’t have strong hold
MILITANT 1: Yeah
NSIMA EKERE: That’s where we disrupt
MILITANT 1: Yes.
NSIMA EKERE: But area wey we know say we go win, we no want disruption.
MILITANT 1: Yes. Now, area wey we dey win we go disrupt na our sef we dey do now,

NSIMA EKERE: Too much.., When you try to raise 1000 boys you go go bring fake boys put inside

MILITANT 1: Yes,

MILITANT 1: And some… some people too wey go dey sympathetic to our…

NSIMA EKERE: You go brink fake people wey no even strong, we no fit do anything because you’re trying to raise number. But the number is not the important thing. But the effectiveness of the .. and the strength of the people.

MILITANT 1: Yes, me, I tell dem say we need just 12 Hilux. We go carry am from port Harcourt come

MILITANT 1: Three, three per Hilux, with driver. Driver now go be guy man wey sabi the area very well. We put am there. Boys tie things keep, then the other bigger, bigger material, the chain own go dey for, like na dis area we want dey, somebody wey be our anchor man here go keep those things there… when there’s need. E no go ever come, dem no go even come outside. Except dem hear say okay… dem …hmm. But government self know say na we be the people oh! So that when we fall out say we dey go destroy them, make nobody, make dem just dey look the other side say “eh! Eh! e be like say dem dey run…” We go do wetin we want do comot.

MILITANT 1: GP na GPMG na, with e chain wey if we begin sound that one here you go no say the eagle don matured, no be child’s play.

NSIMA EKERE: Hmm
MILITANT 1: So I say, normal “AK” we go tie am like say all of us dress well, we go dey patrol. Me, I be field man, I’m a gun man, we go dey patrol, if we reach here we come down, how far? Dem say we dey win here, okay… we enter again, move go another side. If we reach where we hear say challenge dey instanta (snaps finger) we don open fire as we reach there.

As we open fire we don disrupt the place, we enter motor, move (snaps his fingers again). But… the police and SSS know say na we oh!
