2019: Taking over power in Abia will be a walkover - Udensi

A chieftain of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in Abia state Chief Chikwe Udensi has re-emphasised that the party is poised to forming government across the five South Eastern states and beyond, stressing that the inability of the PDP led government in Abia to deliver dividends of democracy to the people after three years in office will make APGA triumph more easier.

Speaking with Abia Breaking News in Abuja, the gubernatorial aspirant said the party has proven beyond every reasonable doubt to be a credible and potent platform to bring about even development in the entire South East zone. “What chief Willie Obiano is doing in Anambra in terms of security, healthcare delivery, education, infrastructure and other indices of a functional government is in line with the ideology of the party. These are things the party stands for and that is what we intend spreading across the entire geopolitical zone when we finally take over the zone.

“The current situation in the zone has not elicited hope in any form apart from Anambra that has continually set the pace since Obiano came on board” the interpol consultant said.

He among other things berated the Abia state government for its inability to pay workers’ salary, stressing that this has brought untold hardship to so many families and their dependents in the state.

He called on Abians to get their voters’ card to elect APGA into office. He vowed that the party will pursue policies that will ensure transformation in health, education, infrastructure, security and safety of Abians at all times.

He expressed confidence in the Chief Victor Oye led national exco of the party in its efforts to broaden the membership base of the party. He vowed that with strategies the party is putting in place, it will make a significant impact that will shock the entire country.
