A chieftain of APC in Abia state, Barr. Benjamin Okezie Kalu was on Sunday honoured with the award of Pillar of Youth Development by the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Solid Rock Parish, Umuahia in this year’s Fathers day celebration.
Speaking with Igbere TV correspondent, the Bende Federal Constituency aspirant who was represented by Prof. Victor Ukaogo said “This was in recognition of my contributions to the development of the young people across Abia and beyond.
“I thank Rev. Emmanuel Kalu Ogbonnaya and the church for finding me worthy of this precious award. This no doubt is a call for intensification of what I have been doing to enhance the betterment of the Youths”.
He also pledged to do more to better the lots of the Youths. “I will continue to use all means at my disposal to broaden the frontier of youth development across Nigeria”.
