Ekiti 2018 : Dr.Orji Uzor Kalu Commends Fayemi, Charges Him To Victory At Polls

Current Minister for Mines and Steel and flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) party in the forthcoming Governorship polls in Ekiti state has been commended by the former Governor of Abia State and APC Chieftain Chief Dr. Orji Uzor kalu.

Dr. kalu in a series of tweets congratulated the minister for his victory at the recently conducted primaries in the state and urged him to reach out to all other contestants in order to unite and maximize their strengths to unseat the current PDP led Government in the state.
According his Media Assistant Mr. Kenneth Udeh, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu on his official twitter handle @OUKtweets said “I was overwhelmed with joy at the emergence of Dr. Fayemi as our (APC) flagbearer for the Ekiti state gubernatorial election slated July 4th, 2018. His victory was a victory for President Muhammadu Buhari and the entire APC and I pledge my unflinching support to him as he’s poised to sweep off the wasted years of mis-governance in the State.
I also encourage him to reach out and unite with other contestants so that their strength(s) can be harnessed in unison for the overall victory of the party” the tweet ended”.

Recall that Ekiti state was one the states Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu recently visited during his Southwest Peace advocacy tour where he was given a rousing welcome by the people of the state despite the state Governor’s rejection of the visit.
