Ebonyi State Governor, Engr. Dr. David Nweze Umahi has successfully presented the 2018 Budget Appropriation Bill to the State House of Assembly and was just accepted as a working document by the Ebonyi State House of Assembly.
Igbere TV learnt that the Bill which has the sum of Two hundred and eight billion, three hundred and thirty one million, eight hundred and seventy thousand, thirty six Naira, thirteen kobo (N 208,331,870,036.13) includes the cost of the construction of the Abakaliki Ring Road which the Governor insisted that it must be commenced by 2018.
According to Nweze Francis ” The 2018 budget estimate is tagged BUDGET OF DIVINE MANIFESTATION.
