“LIVES OF WITNESSES AGAINST KANU THREATENED” ACCORDING TO DPP ; MEANS THEY’RE ALREADY KNOWN, WHY MASK THEM?
It is obvious that the Nigeria judicial system lacks logical approach in the handling of matters of public interest. One could imagine how such glamorous statement can be made by a lawyer acting on behalf of the federation called Nigeria. Could it be it was a half-baked idea, was it properly thought out?
Personally, i imagined why such poor logical argument would be coming from a so called learned man called into the Nigeria Bar Association. Another could wonder why a judge could make a U-turn about a decision he already affirmed. In other not to deviate from the subject of discussion proper, let’s ask ourselves some questions.
- Who are those witnesses
- How did the department of public prosecution know that there were threats coming to the witnesses against Kanu
- If actually the witnesses are being threatened it simply means that they were already known, this is common knowledge and fact.
