Cross River State Governor, Mr Ben Ayade has suspended his Special Adviser on Budget, Moses Onoh, Igbere TV reports.
In a statement obtained by Igbere TV on Friday, the governor said his aide was suspended for “mishandling privilege official information.”
He warned all appointees on the leaking of privilege official communication, adding that such will not be condoned no matter who was involved.
“Hon. Onoh’s suspension, which is a direct consequence of his mishandling of privilege official communication, takes immediate effect.
“All appointees of government are hereby, warned that His Excellency the Governor will not condone any abuse of office of any kind, including the leaking of privilege official communication”, the statement signed by the governor’s media adviser, Christian Ita, read.
