Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State, on Thursday, effected minor cabinate reshuffle which is to take effect immidiately, Igbere TV reports.
In a statement made available to Igbere TV on Thursday, the Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, Mr. Francis Nwaze stated that Hon. Barr. Uchenna Orji who was before now the Commissioner for Human Capital Development is to proceed to the ministry of Information as the new Commissioner while Dr. Stephen Odoh is to take over the ministry of Human Capital Development and Dr. Onyebuchi Chima is to take over the Ministry of Education.
