BREAKING: Tribunal Throws Out Atiku’s Petition On Buhari’s Qualification

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has just dismissed an application by Atiku and PDP, challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s academic qualifications, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV recalls that Atiku and PDP had prayed the Tribunal to upturn Buhari’s election over his controversial WAEC certificate.

But, the Tribunal in its ruling read by Justice Mohammed Garba held that the petition lacked merit, and therefore dismissed it.
