Former Deputy Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Cosmos Ndukwe has hailed a renowned philanthropist, Sir. Alex Ikwechegh for identifying with the poor on his birthday.
Igbere TV had reported that there was jubilation In Aba following the free fuel and kerosene distribution by Ikwechegh.
