Justice John Tsoho has been sworn in as Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV reports that the new Judge was sworn in on Friday by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad.
This followed the retirement of the former Chief Judge, Justice Adamu Kafarati on Thursday.
Kafarati retired upon attainment of the mandatory retirement age of 65, reports Igbere TV.
