President Buhari was pictured with German Chancellor Angela Merkel shortly before their bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the 5th AU-EU Summit in Abidjan, the southern Atlantic coast of Côte d’Ivoire, in West Africa.
The world leaders have been discussing strategic issues with the issue of slave trade in Libya dominating discussions.
