Governor David Nweze Umahi’s Son has graduated from a university in the United Kingdom, Igbere TV has learnt.
Igbere TV gathered that his son studied Civil Engineering in the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
According to report gathered by Igbere TV, the University of Surrey is a public research university in Guildford, England.
The university received its royal charter in 1966, along with a number of other institutions following recommendations in the Robbins Report.
Igbere TV reports that Umahi and his wife, Rachel are currently in the UK celebrating their son’s graduation.
Meanwhile, many schools in Ebonyi State are in devastating conditions.
A visit by Igbere TV correspondent to major schools in both rural and urban areas of the state shows that there are no good buildings for conducive teaching and learning.
