Delta State Governor, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa has sent names of Commissioner nominees to the Delta State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV reports that, once confirmed, the commissioners will automatically become members of the State Executive Council.
Our correspondent gave the number of nominees at 7.
Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on Tuesday read out the names at plenary.
He gave their names as: Mr. Fidelis Tilije, Mr. Lawrence Ejiofor, Barry Pere Gbe, Julius Egbedi, Mr Churchill Amagada, Mr Arthur Akpowowo and Martin Okonta.
