Owelle Rochas Okorocha, immediate past governor of Imo State, has finally been issued with a Certificate of Return, Igbere TV has learnt.
Igbere TV gathered that Okorocha received his Certificate earlier today in Abuja, while election of NASS leadership was ongoing.
In a clip obtained from Facebook @RochasPikin, supporters of the former governor were seen celebrating the development.
Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had earlier today, said it was meeting to take a final decision on the Imo West Senatorial District 2019 election.
