The outgone Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha has produces a hand over note that he was supposed to hand to the newly Inaugurated Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, Igbere TV reports.

This is coming barely 12 hours after the newly sworn-in governor gave the directives.
