Ex Governors To Get 4 Official Cars Every Four Years, 3 PAs, 6 Policemen & 3 SSS

Ebonyi State House Of Assembly (EBHA) has passed into law a bill to further amend Ebonyi State Specified Offices Pension Amendment Law 004 of 2011, Igbere TV has learnt.

Some sections of the bill which was unanimously approved by the House stated that anyone who served as Governor of Ebonyi State is entitled to four official cars every four years, three personal aides, one Special Assistant and two Personal Assistants in addition to six policemen and three State Security Service officials.

Similarly, three Cooks, three stewards, three gardeners and three gatemen shall form the entitlement of the former Governors with their allowances calculated and paid into the former Governor’s monthly entitlement.

Other packages include; two hundred million naira worth of house within Government Residential Area in a land not less than ten thousand square meters or cash to enable the former Governor build a house of his choice as well as monthly basic of the incumbent Governor to be paid as monthly salary.

Former Deputy Governors of Ebonyi State are entitled to; two official cars every four years, two cooks, two gatemen and two gardeners, among others and thirty percent of his annual pension to be paid as his medical allowances.
