Nollywood actress, Nnenna Nwabueze Okonta popularly known as ‘Merit’, who act in “Living In Bondage” took to her Instagram page to share a major throwback scene from her role in ‘Living In Bondage” 27 years after the movie was produced, Igbere Tv.
Igbere Tv also recall that Nnenna Nwabueze became an instant star after featuring as’ Merit’ Kenneth Okonkwo’s wife in the blockbuster movie ‘Living In Bondage”.
The actress later got married to Chief Francis Okonta few years after the movie and wemt AWOL from acting.
Igbere Tv also gathered that her late jealous husband stopped her from acting but few years before his death, she was allowed to return to Nollywood.
Merit is now fully back to Nollywood, she has been getting lots of roles since her return.
