The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has suspended the collation of results for the Rivers State governorship election, Igbere TV can authoritatively report.
Igbere TV reports that Obo Effanga, the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state, announced this at the collation centre in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
According to Effanga, the electoral body will continue with the exercise at 10am on Wednesday.
The announcement followed the collation of results from 15 Local Government Areas of the state.
