Crocodile Smile: Army arrest suspected oil thieves, recover items (Photos)

The Nigerian Army on Monday said it recorded a huge success in ridding the Niger Delta of crime through its exercise codenamed ‘Operation Crocodile Smile II’ in the region.

This was contained in a terse statement alongside photographs made available to the media by the Deputy Director of Army Public Relations, 6 Division Nigerian Army, Colonel Aminu Iliyasu.

According to him, the operational activities within the Division’s Area of Responsibility has led to the arrest of many suspects for various offences including illegal oil bunkering and armed robbery among others.
