A woman has been in humanely tortured by residents of Umuahia in Abia state after the she was accused her of being a witch, Igbere Tv reports.
According to a social media user who shared the incident online, he disclosed that the woman was accused of transforming from a cat to a human being and allegedly claimed she was initiated by her mother.
The woman who is said to be the daughter of Madam Obasi of Itu Mgbediala of Olokoro in Umuahia, was bundled t as she was forced by her accusers to confess following the accusations.
Many social media users who condemned the act said the woman looks like someone battling mental problems, which is affecting her and has made people believe she’s a witch, Igbere Tv reports.
