The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has reportedly shocked Governor Rochas Okorocha by removing his name from the list of people that will collect certificate of return.

Igbere TV gathered that Okorocha’s name was removed because INEC returning officer revealed that he declared Okorocha the winner of IMO WEST SENATORIAL District under duress.
