Less than 12 hours to the Governorship and House Of Assembly elections, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, is allegedly planning to unleash mayhem on voters.
Igbere TV gathered that a chieftain of the PDP has hired thugs that will cause mayhem in Abia North senatorial district.

According to our source, “the PDP is aware that Abia North is a stronghold of APC and is planning to block voters who are loyal to the opposition party in the state, particularly APC”.
There is also alleged plan to plant explosives in some strategic locations to scare away voters
“The thugs have been paid to only allow PDP members to go to Polling Units and vote”.
“If they discover that you are a strong member of APC, they will beat you up and collect your PVC”.
“Security agencies should be aware of these thugs who have been paid to cause panic tomorrow “, our source said.
Igbere TV recalls that APC defeated PDP in Abia North senatorial district in the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections held last month.
Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu defeated Senator Mao Ohuabunwa.
APC also won 2 of the 3 House of Representatives seats in the zone.
