Hon Dame Blessing Nwagba, the Governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP) took her campaign to another dimension as she visited the popular Ama Ogbonna market in Aba, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV gathered that Nwagba was received by the market women and men who were super excited to receive her in their midst.
Addressing the audience, Nwagba thanked the women for the joy and happiness which is expressed in the faces that their follow woman is contesting for the office of the Governor.
She said that women are home builders and are always called upon when the difficult issues arise.
She said that Abia State situation is one that requires a woman like her to better the lives of Abians.
She described herself as “the Esther of our time that will liberate Abia State from the bondage of unemployment, non payment of salaries and pensions and decayed infrastructure in the state.”
She equally promised to modernise the market if elected as the Governor of the State.
She told them that her administration will reduce poverty level in the state and enjoined them to vote for Social Democratic Party with white horse as the logo.
She assured them that their votes will be protected if she is voted for on the 9th of March.
