Igbere Tv learnt that El Rufai of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) lost massively to major opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
At his polling unit, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) got 706 votes while the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) scored only 23 votes.
