Few hours to the Presidential and National Assembly elections, a heavy protest is currently rocking Ohafia Local Government Area in Abia State after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, appointed a well-known member of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, as a Supervisor at Ndi Elu to be precise.
According to one of the protesters who spoke with Igbere TV under condition of anonymity said the name of the PDP member is “Otuu Ogbuta and also from the area.”
The protesters urged the INEC to remove him from working as the supervisor if they really want to conduct free and fairy election.
Efforts to get Mr. Ogbuta to speak on the issue proved abortive as at the time of writing this report.
