The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), is in a meeting with international observers on reasons why the 2019 general elections was postponed by a week.
Recall that, few hours for the proposed general elections to commence, the commission’s chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, announced the postponement of the 2019 general elections which reasons he gave as “logistics and operational plan problems.”
