An aide to the Kogi State Governor was earlier today caught with ballot papers, Igbere Tv reports.
The Chief of Staff to the Kogi state Governor, Edward Onoja, was nabbed this morning caught with two bus-loads of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) materials meant for the postponed general elections.
After being accosted by angry youths around Lokogoma area, Onoja who was being guarded by policemen attached to Kogi state Government House and accompanied by some INEC ad hoc staff claimed he was only assisting to accommodate.
Onoja had initially relocated his voting centre from Ogugu ward 2 in Olamabaro LGA to Lokoja the state capital to avoid troublesome youths on his locality, Igbere Tv learnt.
