Despite the postponement of the general elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, shops in Aba are currently locked.

Igbere TV correspondent who visited the area said only few persons can be seen moving around.

Our correspondents in the city said that as at the time of filing this report, there is no vehicular movement in the city.
