Igbere Tv just obtained a footage from the moment Senator Magnus Abe celebrated the Supreme Court judgement on the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Rivers state in style.
This is coming after Justice Aliyu Sanusi-led of the Rivers state Supreme Court, oncTuesday, struck out the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC), to be allowed to field their candidates in the forthcoming general election in Rivers state.
The Supreme Court struck out the appeal by the APC challenging the judgment of a Rivers state High Court which nullifies the party primaries in the state.
In his judgment, Justice Aliyu Sanusi, ruled that the preliminary objection raised by the respondents, Ibrahim Umah and 22 other aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had substance and therefore, struck out the appeal by the party.
