Few days to the presidential election, a professional group, “IGBO FOR ONE NIGERIA” has exposed plot by Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, Senator T. A Orji and his son, Chinedum Orji to rig the 2019 general elections.
The group in a statement sent to Igbere TV by its Publicity Secretary, Frank Elechi said Chinedu Orji, his father, Sen. T A Orji and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu have camped election riggers in Hotel Royal Damgret In Umuahia for the Saturday’s election.
The group further revealed that the thugs whom they hired to do the hatchet jobs for them are undergoing trainings in different camps provided by Chinedu Orji, Mr. Erendu Jnr.( a close aide to Ikpeazu) and one Jude Udeachara( who is a Federal House of Representative Candidate in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Fed. Constituency for PDP).
It reads in parts,
“As the Presidential election is barely days to take place, the Abia government are jittery and are intensifying actions on how to rig the election.”
“When characters like Chinedu Orji, the son of the former governor, who is a member, Abia House of Assembly and an ardent hater of President Muhammadu BUHARI and the APC party is running an election, one is sure, he won’t love a free and fair elections.”
“This is a character who has consistently paid thugs to destroy the billboards of President BUHARI. A character known for thuggery across the State. A character, he developed when his father held Abia for 8yrs.”
“Our source revealed that Chinedu Orji, his father, Sen. T A Orji and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has camped election riggers in Hotel Royal Damgret In Umuahia for the Saturday’s election.”
“It’s is still revealed that the thugs whom they hired to do the hatchet jobs for them as police men and soldiers for the Saturday election are under going trainings in different camps provided by Chinedu Orji, Mr. Erendu Jnr.( a close aide to Ikpeazu) and one Jude Udeachara( who is a Federal House of Representative Candidate in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Fed. Constituency for PDP).”
“The Abia PDP are doing all they can to make sure that the people’s vote do note count. Their only alternative is rigging, which has been their trade mark for the past 19yrs in Abia State.”
“We demand for the security agencies to scrutinize the activities of the Abia PDP, Chinedu Orji, his father Sen. TA Orji, Mr Erondu Jnr, Jude Udeachara and Chief Chris Odinaka. They are security threat to the people of Abia.”
