The governorship candidate of a faction of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Cross River state, Senator John Owan Enoh who was duly recognized by the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has been sacked by the federal high court in Calabar on Monday, Igberetvnews reports.
The court also disqualified other candidates fielded by the APC and recognized by INEC in the state.
Igberetvnews gathered that the leadership of the party’s faction led by John Ochalla and loyal to Owan-Enoh was also sacked.
