A paedophila woman has landed serious trouble after she filmed herself s@xually abusing a child .
The suspect Kristy Kimber, 26, was caught after asking a friend to fix her cameraphone. She had stored the videos on her device and shared them with others. She asked the pal to repair her phone laughing as she told him not to look at any of her clips on it.
When it was inspected, footage was discovered of Kimber abusing a child and she was arrested last July, Maidstone crown court was told.
Officers seized a second phone which also contained videos of Kimber forcing a child to engage in sexual activity.
Kimber, of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, admitted child sex offences and was jailed for nine years and four months.
She was also made the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Detective Inspector Rob Chitham of the Paedophile Online Investigation Team said: “Kristy Kimber was responsible for the systematic sexual abuse of a very young child.
“She has made a number of videos which clearly show the child in distress and has then gone on to share images of the abuse.
“It is extremely rare for a woman to be responsible for these type of sexual offences, however the sentence passed by the courts demonstrates just how abhorrent her actions were.
