The House of Representatives Candidate of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Chima Anyaso has revealed that his hometown, Igbere has made him proud.
Anyaso in a statement sent to Igbere TV on Friday said he will fulfill every promise he made during his campaign which is centered on the development of Bende and Abia State as a whole.
The statement reads,
“Today, we the PDP family in Bende wrapped up our ward to ward Campaign for this electioneering season in Igbere. Being my home town, you can say we saved the best for the last.”
“I want to thank my kit and kin in Igbere for coming out en-mass today to show me and the PDP family so much love and support. Today I received the assurance of my people in words and action that they have chosen me and my party in the forthcoming elections and this is a thing of joy and pride.”
“I want to thank my Governor and friend His Excellency Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu for standing by us in Bende and we promise to stand by him and give our total support. I also want to thank all the leaders of PDP in Bende and the good people of Bende who have continued to show us massive support through this tedious campaign season.”
“Every promise I have made I will fulfill and every commitment is a commitment to the development of Bende and Abia State as a whole. My unalloyed loyalty is with the masses and my mandate is to restore the dignity of these communities that shaped who’s hopes we have rekindled with our campaign of new thoughts, innovative ideas and undivided attention to needs of the people.”
“As we look forward to the elections come 16th February and March 2nd, 2019. I anticipate a favorable result because I know God is on our side and we have worked hard enough to place our party in an advantageous position. I urge all my supporters to please continue to pray and support us.”
“We put all our trust in God and we know with him victory is sure.”
