The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Onnoghen has filed a law suit against the federal government over his suspension, Igbere Tv reports.
Igbere Tv learnt that the suit was filed by his lawyers, Adegboyega Awomolo, James Onoja, Kanu Agabi and Wole Olanipekun.
Recall that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen was suspended by the Federal Government last Friday January 25th on the order of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
Justice Walter Onnoghen who assumed office as the 17th Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), in March 2017, has been accused of not declaring all his assets two years after being in office.
