BREAKING NEWS: Court Reaffirms Uche Ogah As APC Flag Bearer
Report reaching IGBERE TV has it that the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Friday has refused to grant the stay of execution motion filed by Chief Ikechi Emenike as the authentic Abia State candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC and also vacate the order reaffirming his mandate.
The court held that the nomination and election of Dr Ogah was not only proper but valid as his election was superintended by the National Working Committee of the party in accordance with the Party’s Electoral Guidelines
IGBERE TV gathered that Dr Uche Ogah and Chief Emenike has been in a legal battle over the authentic flag bearer of the party.
IGBERE TV understands that the APC national chairman Adams Oshiomaole led National exco recognized Chief Uche Ogah as the authentic gubernational aspirant of the party.
