Report reaching Igbere TV news room has it that Dino Melaye, Senator representing Kogi west senatorial district, has finally surrendered to the police after over a week siege at his Abuja residence.
Recall that the police had vowed not to leave Melaye’s residence without arresting him. He was accused of culpable homicide, an allegation he denied.
Igbere TV gathered that Melaye is currently at the head office of the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) in Abuja in the company of some lawmakers and his lawyers.
