TUFIAKWA!!! Man Ra*pes Daughter, Grand Daughter in Lagos

A 48-year-old man, Sylvester Ehiyele, has been arrested and charged before a Yaba Magistrate Court for allegedly defiling his seven-year-old daughter and a granddaughter at his residence in Ejigbo area of Lagos State.

Ehiyele, who was sent to Ikoyi maximum prison, was charged on account of indecent assault, defilement and unlawful canal knowledge of the victims.

The suspect was said to have confessed to the charges at the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Panti Yaba.

It was gathered that Ehiyele at Kolawole Sebili Street, Ejigbo, would bring in his daughter and a 15-month-old granddaughter to his room when his wife and nanny were not around and forcefully have $3x with them.

His wife revealed that her daughter, who was in care of the nanny in her absence was crying and acting unusual, and that on inspecting her body, she noticed blood stains on her private part.

When she asked what happened, the seven years old girl said that it was her dad who molested her.

She also disclosed that there were occasions when her dad would sexually assault her with the promise of biscuits and toys.

“When my mom was not at home, he grabbed me, forced his hand over my mouth and then inserted his p@n!s into my pr!vate part. Me and my sister (the granddaughter). He promised to buy me a car, cake and biscuit but he doesn’t buy anything for me.

“He also threatened to use a knife to remove my eyes anytime I threaten to report to my mother.”

The victims were later taken to Isolo General Hospital where doctors confirmed that they had indeed been molested.

The police arrested, paraded and charged Ehiyele to court on a five-count charge of indecent assault, defilement and rape under the Criminal code.

The court however transferred the matter to a family court due to the age of the victims.

He was remanded in prison custody pending when the court would determine the matter.
