Senator Ademola Adeleke, who lost in the recently concluded Osun state governorship elections has on Tuesday, December 18 been re-arraigned by the Nigeria Police Force(NPF), over alleged examination malpractice.
Adeleke was first arraigned in September 2018, on a four-count charge of alleged conspiracy and impersonation among others.
He was re-arraigned with the charges increased from four to seven-counts, but still bordering on similar offences.
Igberetvnews reports that Adeleke was accused of conspiring to procure illegal examination results with workers at the Ojo-Aro community grammar school.
He was arraigned along with a principal and three others who were accused of conspiring to commit the alleged crime.
The report also said the police accused Adeleke of making false documents in relation to his age apart from violating the exam malpractice act, CAP E15, 2004.
