Former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Adamu Muazu, dubbed the ‘Game Changer’ has returned back to Nigeria, after three years of being away.
IGBERE TV understands that Muazu had left the country immediately former President, Goodluck Jonathan, lost the 2015 Presidential election and arrived the country for his daughter’s wedding, which took place in Bauchi State, on Saturday, December 15.
The ceremony was said to have been attended by his friends, political and business Associates, including National and State PDP bigwigs.
The former PDP Chairman, had reportedly not been in the country for three years, since the party lost the 2015 general elections. Muazu got the nickname ‘Game Changer’ because he was the PDP Chairman when the former President, Goodluck Jonathan, lost to the incumbent, Muhammadu Buhari, of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Some PDP Chieftains had accused Muazu of betraying the party during the polls, but he had refuted the allegations. About a year ago, a former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, listed Muazu as one of those responsible for Jonathan’s defeat in the 2015 election.
