A chieftain of All Progressive Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe has mocked the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for saying that President Muhammad Buhari is a Jubril from Sudan.

Before sharing the picture, Igbokwe had called Nnamdi Kanu a small boy withan empty head “
