APC Chieftain Blows Hot, Reveals Those Responsible For The Death Of IPOB Members During Operation Python Dance

Kelvin Ugboaja who is the Director-General to the APC  Governorship Aspirants  Uchechukwu S. Ogah and also A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abia state has called on the people of the region to hold Eastern governors responsible for the death of IPOB members which was an offshoot of operation Python Dance the military conducted in South-East in 2017.

Kelvin Ugboaja, however stated that the APC led government should not be hold accountable for the loss of lives in the operation.

The APC chieftain, who made this known in a chat with Jouirnalist on Monday, accused the South-East governors of being economical with the truth regarding the alleged killing of the pro-Biafra agitators.

He asserted that the people of the South-East would vote massively for President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 election, despite the antics of the opposition to capitalize on the IPOB incidents for cheap political point.

According to Ugboaja, “The governors are chief security officers of their states. The South-East governors met and invited the President to come to the South-East because of IPOB.

“They were the one that asked the President to send the soldiers to the South-East. In fact, the first place supposed to be Anambra state but Governor Obiano said no, he was preparing for election… that soldiers should come to Abia, that the IPOB members were too close to the state government house. That the soldiers should come and clear the IPOB members.

“They are the chief security officers. And they were the ones that asked for the soldiers to come to their states. Now, they are trying to hold President Muhammadu Buhari responsible for it.

“We know the truth. So, they should be held responsible for what happened in South-East because they invited the soldiers. And they were supposed to control what happens here.

Ugboaja questioned, “Was President Buhari here when it happened? He wasn’t here. The South-East governors were here. Buhari never did that. They invited the operation python dance, that the IPOB people were killing civilians, raping women.

“Those were the lies the governors told about them. The truth must be told. They brought soldiers in the South-East”.
